STEVE CHRISTENSON NETWORK SPECIALIST Steve has nine years experience in the computer industry, some with technical support for a major computer manufacturer. He is A+ certified, and is a MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), CCA (Citrix Certified Administrator) and CCEA (Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator). TRINA DANKLEFSEN OFFICE MANAGER With over seven years experience in purchasing for the computer industry, Trina is able to find just about anything you need in the way of computer components. Trina is also a Keystroke specialist. MIKE OVERHOLSER INVENTORY CONTROL Mike has been with us for four years. In addition to his shipping and receiving responsibilities, he also assists with telephone technical support and customer service. Mike is also our printer specialist with Epson Certification and is A+ certified. GORDON MESSICK TECHNICAL ASSISTANT Gordon is our generalist. He assists where ever needed, from preparing systems for assembly to building repairs. JIM CODDING NETWORK SPECIALIST Retired from the Idaho Falls Police Department, Jim brings to us experience of installing and maintaining the Novell network for the police department, in addition to superior hardware and software troubleshooting skills. PERRY LIVERMONT NETWORK SPECIALIST Perry comes to us from Utah where he did MIS support for a major international firm. He has his A+ Certification and is a Novell CNE. Perry recently achieved his MCSE certification. JEAN OVERHOLSER OWNER, TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER Jean's responsibilities include the management of all inside technical services, and supervising system repairs and new system assembly. She has over ten years experience in the computer industry. JIM OVERHOLSER OWNER, OPERATIONS MANAGER With over twenty five years of business management experience and seven years experience in the computer industry, Jim provides overall management oversight for the business, in addition to supervising all outside technical services. He provides system and network design services for business clients. He has received Novell CNA certification, and is also a Keystroke specialist. |
